Mr. Kishner is a practicing attorney with sixteen (16) years of litigation, bankruptcy and residential and commercial real estate experience. Mr. Kishner concentrates his practice to residential and commercial real estate transactions representing many developers, landlords and large companies. Mr. Kishner was a former Partner of the firm Siegel, Sommers & Schwartz, LLP in New York City.

Ms. Wellman joined the Firm of Bryan W. Kishner & Associates in February of 2003 with an extensive background in both residential and commercial real estate law. Her real estate experience commenced in1986 where she assisted attorneys as a real estate legal assistant until 1995. In 1995, Ms. Wellman attended Pace University School of Law’s evening program. As a law student, Ms. Wellman enhanced her knowledge and real estate experience by working full time at the law firm of Stroock Stroock & Lavan, LLP, handling their residential & commercial real estate transactions. She continued her real estate experience at Tishman Speyer Properties LP, where she negotiated and drafted commercial office space and retail leases.
Prior legal experience includes matrimonial law and Assistant Corporate Counsel for the Commissioner of Administration for Children’s Services where she prosecuted neglect and abuse cases for the City of New York.

Mr. Goldman brought over five years of valuable residential real estate experience to the firm. He is engaged to and has extensive experience representing both purchasers and sellers of cooperatives, condominiums and residential transactions. He has also represented major lenders in both purchase transactions and refinances.

Mr. Miller joined the Firm of Bryan W. Kishner & Associates in June, 2004 as a law clerk. Throughout his time with the Firm, Mr. Miller has had the opportunity to partake in every aspect of a real estate transaction from contract inception, negotiation, and drafting to Closing a number of cooperative and condominium real estate transactions. In addition Mr. Miller assists with corporate formation and transactional work as well as our commercial transactional litigation and landlord tenant practice.
Prior to rejoining the firm in June, 2005 Mr. Miller worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Gerald Lebovits, in the Housing Part in Manhattan. Mr. Miller interviewed and moderated settlement disputes between attorneys representing Landlords and Tenants regarding non-payments of rent and failure to maintain a premises. Mr. Miller also assisted in research and writing of a final decision dealing with rent overcharges and an abatement of rents due to unkept living conditions. Curry v. Battistotti. 5 Misc.3d 1012(A) (NY Civ. Ct. 2004).

Ms. Sokolov joined the Firm of Bryan W. Kishner & Associates in April 2007. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sokolov practiced both residential and commercial real estate. Ms. Sokolov's commercial real estate experience is comprised of representing real estate developers, real estate investment trusts and corporations in the acquisition and disposition of real estate. She also represented both borrowers and enders in various types of refinancing transactions. She is presently engaged to our residential real estate practice representing purchasers and sellers in all types of residential transactions.
